Join Lyreco, the European leader in the distribution of office supplies and business solutions, to learn how the company is taking strides to achieve sustainability.

The company aims to accomplish its mid-term sustainability policy “Eco-Future” 2012-2017 by setting challenging targets on waste recycling, carbon footprint reduction and increase sustainable products.

A significant element of this is the 14,000 solar panels recently installed on its National Distribution Centre roof, making it the fourth largest solar panel installation mounted on a roof in the UK. What challenges does a project of this scale face?

John Barraclough, Senior Advisor at the Environment Agency and IEMA Midlands Steering Group member, will welcome you and introduce Lyreco’s Quality, Safety and Sustainability Manager, Manel Roura, who will share with you Lyreco’s commitment to sustainability, giving practical examples of how they are actively implementing change. You’ll also have the opportunity to take a tour to view the company’s solar PV installation.
